I loved air conditioned room in this hotel.
All of the staff was helpful and caring. Its location around 4-6 minutes walk from The Mall was good. The restaurant was located within 100 feet.

Food was good and I have nothing but peaceful memories from this trip. The hotel was modern with very amiable staff and an easy location in the desert. Location: the venue was really close to Darwin in the near future and great restaurants and all the attractions. I was surprised at nearby Le Cure, they had some goodies, drinks. Got the same a nice size and brand-new apartment with a very comfortable bed booked online, enjoyed that...

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. The location is fantastic, right in the city center. It's just a short walk to the waterfront or the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel are helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to assist guests and provide great service. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The attention to detail is evident, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
All was well, no complaints.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and I also like the location, its within a walking distance to shops and entertainment.
There was noises over night, girls were kicking and knocking my door. I wanted to call the manager but there was no number. Reception number 9 was only till 10pm. No number to call after 10pm, only for emergency we could call 9 but this was no emergency to get the girls to keep their voices down and dont kick my door.

Central Location...on site car park.
Many things..firstly..the bedding set up was wrong..instead of 2 singles there was a double and a saggy foam lounge fold out.The next day a rather irritated man delivered a single bed..and wanted to take away the couch! Then ..on a daily basis..various lights/fans and door locks failed. The Receptionists were very nice and polite and did do their best to assist. We were offered a room change but actually there were none available with twin beds. Reception was open late at night...wasn't sure if it should be 24hrs or not..no sign indicating this and others were also waiting to leave early in the day. The Kitchenette was sad..no mixing bowls..saucepans served the purpose though..a wobbly old frying pan..a very dirty hotplate..small cockroaches..lots of noise at night from the street below and the huge construction being erected next door...Wouldn't stay there again..have stayed in other cities for less with a far better standard!

The hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable location 4-6 minutes walking distance from The Mall. And the area was great, adjacent to easy walking distance to the Esplanade, waterfront and historical precinct, local sights, downtown cafes and shops, both the shops and the wharf area, and Darwin in the near future. Had a decent size, air-conditioned room that was cleaned & fresh towels daily.

The location was good. Close to everything
Ok, something as simple as the lift, it was sooo slow and stinking hot and humid in there it was very very uncomfortable...but it's there for ease. The bathroom door was peeling apart, door frames very chipped, bathroom poorly cleaned and the sliding shower screen was cracked and almost fell out when sliding open/closed. Same $ for better accom very close by! But, I'd stay there again if nothing else was on offer for same price nearby

The staff at Luma Luma Holiday Apartments went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. One specific incident that stood out to us was when we had an issue with the curtains in our room. The staff promptly fixed them and made sure we were satisfied. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference in our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I enjoyed its thoughtful employees.
The location was magnificent, really close to Smith Street Mall. Plus, it was so close to the noisier tourist strip.

These apartments are perfectly located, with easy walking access to the city centre and beautiful views of the tropical area and waterfront. The rooms are cozy, with comfortable bedding and bathrooms. The staff is friendly, professional and approachable. You can enjoy a swim in the pleasant pool area and use cooking facilities to prepare meals.
One minor issue is the limited parking space available on occasion.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
